As the Director of Federal Capture Management at Constellation West, she spearheads a dispersed team across all Company lines of business within the Federal Civilian Market. Ms. Macklin is credited with implementing and advocating best practices to enhance process efficiencies, foster employee growth, and maintain consistent expectations across Business Development. Her leadership extends to the development of a robust, cross-functional capture process covering the entire life cycle of opportunities, from planning to response production. Emphasizing the collective strength of a well-assembled team, Ms. Macklin firmly believes that success hinges on collaboration. Holding a B.S. in Human Resource Management from Regis University in Denver, Colorado, she combines professional prowess with a passion for hiking, a pursuit enjoyed alongside her family on the picturesque trails of her native state.
