Lizette Palmer, Director of Operations at Constellation West since 2018, commands a pivotal role in overseeing the intricate web of contracts and spearheading day-to-day operations for a diverse clientele, including the Department of Defense, Internal Revenue Service (IRS), United States Marine Corp, United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), United States Air Force (USAF), Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER), and United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM). With an extensive background, from 2014 to 2018, Ms. Palmer served as the USAMS III Deputy Program Manager at McCallie Associates, Inc., collaborating closely with the Program Manager to navigate the leadership, administration, and management facets of USAMS III contracts, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and McCallie Associates’ vision. Prior to her role at McCallie, Ms. Palmer dedicated over a decade to SAIC, contributing invaluable support to USSTRATCOM. Her wealth of experience and strategic expertise positions her as a driving force in the dynamic landscape of operational leadership and contract management.
