John Kelley

John is a key member of the executive team and responsible for the overall financial health of Constellation West. He brings over 35 years of federal government experience with strong budgeting, financial reporting, and performance analysis skills. John is responsible for internal process/procedure improvements, and he manages year-end Financials, Tax Return, 401(k), DCMA and DCAA audits, Incurred Cost Submissions, and other forms of corporate reporting.  John played football for the Penn State Nittany Lions and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. In addition to his undying support for all Penn State athletics, he is a rabid Pittsburgh Steeler fan.
