Veterans Technology Services 2 (VETS 2), a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside GWAC, provides federal customers access to customized IT solutions from a highly qualified pool of industry partners. VETS 2 allows for long-term planning of large-scale program requirements, while strengthening opportunities for SDVOSBs. Constellation West is one of the SDVOSB awardees now able to support the VETS 2 GWAC, and we offer IT services listed below that fall within the VETS 2 contract scope:

Using VETS 2 helps agencies achieve their socioeconomic goals and objectives. When ordering from Constellation West, agencies receive full credit for every dollar spent as a SDVOSB and SB. OMB has named the VETS 2 GWAC Best in Class contract for information technology (IT) services.
VETS 2 allows fixed price, cost reimbursement, time and materials, and labor hour type contracts, providing greater flexibility in procuring different types of IT products and services and meeting your mission requirements. There is also a low 0.75% contract access fee (CAF).
