Contract Vehicles
We Make It Easy to Work with Us
Small businesses have always been the engine for economic growth in the United States. They provide jobs and innovation and bring competition to the marketplace. According to the Small Business Administration, US small businesses employ half of all private-sector employees, pay almost half of the total American private payroll, and have generated the majority of net new jobs over the past two decades.
The Federal government’s procurement policy – which encourages “maximum practicable” prime and subcontracting opportunities for small businesses – is a catalyst for economic growth. With a government contracting market representing more than a half trillion dollars, it makes solid economic sense to help small firms get their fair share of federal contract dollars.
Constellation West is a SDVOSB, WOSB, 8(m) and a graduated 8(a) firm and is the prime contractor on several Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs), a GSA Schedule, and several Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contracts (IDIQs). Through these contract vehicles, federal agencies have convenient access to purchase a wide array of services and solutions quickly and cost-effectively.
Through small business set asides and sole source opportunities, federal agencies can receive socioeconomic credits for procurement. In addition, because we are a graduated 8(a) firm, agencies can get 8(a) credit for all orders on contracts that were awarded when we were 8(a), including all of our contracts.
